Creative Graphic Designer (male/female) - Gazipur

KEY TASKS:
Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
Bring ideas and concepts to life through creative designs.
Collaborate with other designers on the team, developers and product managers.
Collaborate closely with Product and Design to develop long term research plans.
Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs.
Creative Design capability using Adobe Creative Suite- Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Adobe Illustrator for Dangler, Posters, Sticker, Wobblers, leaflets, web site mock-ups, logo, Info Graphic etc.
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
Regular communication with top management & task related persons of inside & outside of country.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in similar position in well reputed company. Working experience in with foreigner & bicycle company will be added value.
Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A), Bachelor of Arts (BA).
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Media Arts, visual communication or similar - a plus.
Skills Required: Adobe XD, Animator, Art & Sketch, Creative Design, Graphic Artist, Graphics Design, Product video making, photo shot.
Creative and Imaginative and understanding of Color and Form.
Self-Enthusiasm and able to work as part of a team.
Must be able to handle multiple projects.
Strong conceptual skills, sophisticated design sensibilities.
Must very good communication skills in English (writing and speaking).
