The detail information and requirements of post are as follows:
Position Title: Coordinator- Micro Credit (Head of Micro Credit Program)
Program: Anando Sustainable Micro Credit Program
Position Number: 01 nos.
Job Location: Central Office, Dhaka (with frequent field visit and at list 50% time should be spend in the field)
Qualification (Education) : Master degree (Preferable in Commerce)
Salary: Tk. 70,000/-(Negotiable for Competed & Extra Ordinary Candidate.)
Age Limit: 45 years

Requirements/Experience:
Minimum 08 years working experience on Micro Credit Program and among them at least 3 years experience in similar position.
Must have experience on supervision of overall Credit Program of PKSF/Bank funded NGO’s.
Have experience on Micro Credit operation through MRA guide line & Policy.
Must have experience on Program Planning, Designing & Implementing.
Must have skill on Reporting (MIS, FIS, MRA, Donor, Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly, Yearly and others Credit Related Report)
Credit program analytical skill/ability
Experience on Procurement and Logistic Management.
Skill on Monitoring, Supervision, Evaluation of Subordinate, Group, Team, Area, Unite and others.
Strong staff management and team building ability.
Must have skill on computer literacy (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Software)
Skill on accounting and credit software management.
Experience and strong personal ability to handling Bank Loan/PKSF fund to run Credit Program.
Skill on writing, speaking, reporting in Bangle and English.
Responsibilities:
Coordinator- Micro Credit Program (Head of Credit Program) is responsible for overall managed of Micro Finance Program to ensure optimum outcomes and advancement including profit. Some of the major responsibilities are as follows:
Ensure the availability and implementation of all Micro Finance Policies and Procedures fulfilling the rules and regulations of Anando, Bank, PKSF and MRA.
Ensure fund flow and maximum utilization of financial and human resources of the program.
Managing the program budget including, sources of fund, risk analysis/LLP.
Managing the Area Managers Performance of delegated responsibilities.
Adopot and ensure appropriate and modern technology for MIS, FIS and communication system for the management of the Program.
Established and ensure timely format reporting arrangement in the program.
Receiving and reviewing detail periodical reports from Managers analyze them, share with the top management and take appropriate massage.
Determining and managing risk and ensure transparent and strong internal control in the program.
Coordinating and fostering teamwork.
Regularization of Job:
After completion of 6 months’ probation period, other benefits (PF, Gratuity, and Festival Bonus) will be entitled as per organizational policy.
