Post: Senior Engineer (Civil)
Job Description / Responsibility
- Meet contractual conditions of performance
- Review the work progress on daily basis
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
- Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses
- Analyse, manage and mitigate risks
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
Job Nature: Full-time
Educational Requirements: Minimum B.Sc degree in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements
At least 10-15 year(s), Retired Engineer from PWD or National Housing Authority with required experience will be given preference.
Age limit: Not below 40 year(s)
Job Requirements
Sound working knowledge with proven experience on multi basement construction and finishing work.
Understanding of all facts of the construction process
Familiarity with construction management software packages
Competent in conflict and crisis management
