Job Description / Responsibility
Offer in depth product information to the clients.
Answer customer query about products and services relating to the company.
Provide product information to the prospective clients
Understand customer requirements and suggest as per requirements
Manage customer information.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor in any subject
Experience Requirements
Previous experience in Tele-Sales will be preferred.
Should have good negotiation skill.
Good vocal tone is desired
Computer Office application (MS Word, Excel)
