Bachelors/ Masters in any discipline from any recognised university/ institution with minimum 2nd division/ class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations.
Experience Requirement:
Minimum 12 years of experiences in the field of programme operations and programme management.
Additional Requirements:
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Able to work in collaboration with partners/ stakeholders e.g. UN, INGO/ NGO, Government, etc.
Understanding of conduct need assessment and risk assessment to inform programme planning and delivery.
Knowledge of managing humanitarian programmes, and an understanding of relevant issues, especially conflict management.
Have effective programme and people management skills with strong competencies in teamwork and partnership.
High level of managerial experience including managing multi-million dollar budgets.
Expertise in complex decision making, leading a multi-disciplinary and multi-national team under difficult circumstances.
Experience in building relationship, fostering inter-agency coordination and experience of representing an organisation to external parties and advocacy.
Experience of M&E and beneficiary accountability systems in large multifaceted programmes.
