Post Name: Manager/ Deputy Manager (HR & Admin)

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop HR strategies: Generate, stream-lined and maintain all HR policies and procedures.
  • To Prepare issue office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of HR issues.
  • Propose and recommend change of the policies, ensure and monitor implementation of the policies.Recruitment and Selection,Manpower planning & Organizational structure review.
  • Develop effective recruitment policy and system, ensure selection of right people for the right job.
  • Ensure updated job description for all the employees.
  • Review and update salary and benefits to ensure competitiveness with the market.
  • Ensure motivational strategy and different motivational programs.
  • Develop and implement reward and recognition program.
  • Ensure salary survey and market survey.
  • Review of salary structure and nomenclature.
  • Ensure timely payment of employees' salary.
  • Ensure payment of different allowances.


Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management form BIM, BIMS or any other professional institution will get preference.
  • IBA, Dhaka University,University of Dhaka students will get preference
  • Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM,PGD Social Compliance
  • Skills Required: Administration, HR Operations


Experience Requirements

  • At least 8 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  • Administration, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Conflict management, Fire Safety Management, General Administration, General HR, Healthsafety Management, HR Operations, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Training & Development
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Retail Store, Wholesale


Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 32 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Sound knowledge about HR & Admin issues and Labor law with strong communicating ability in English & Bengali.
  • Well conversant in MS office.especially in MS Excel.
  • Outstanding organizational and skills.
  • Building relationship and negotiation skill.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Problem solving aptitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Can do Attitude.
  • Ability to work extra hour.
