Responsibilities:
1. Plan and manage the execution of a high-volume, fast-paced image editing and image processing studio.
2. Develop a long-term capacity strategy, workforce and workflow planning for studio operations.
3. Manage administrative, logistical, human resources, and accounting services to support company operations.
4. Develop and manage financial budgets including capital and expenses for item count and facilities needs.
5. Directs and oversees other staff members to make sure daily operations align with the vision of the company.
6. Develop and retain high-caliber teams by assessing current and future needs, and developing a holistic organizational model that scales with the needs of the business.
7. Builds, leads and manages a best in class e-commerce team consisting of approximately 100+ team members.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
2. Minimum 10 years of experience with strong studio business and
3. Operations background preferably in offshore production company.
4. Outstanding verbal and written communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
5. A proven leader with the ability to lead, motivate and inspire diverse teams
6. Solid presentation skills and ability to explain complex processes
7. Ideally has worked within an Agile / Sprint team environment
8. Strong business acumen and quantitative problem-solving abilities with an ability to tackle unstructured/undefined problems and apply strategic frameworks
