Position: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Responsibilities: Identify, develop and implement short and long-term strategic direction and plans. Take responsibility of implementing procedures with clear objectives of Nabil Polymer Industries Limited performance and growth. Purchase raw materials and services as per the market and our requirement demands. Look after the total operation for smooth running without any hassle. Lead and manage the operational team to ensure that the daily targets are achieved. Take effective measures and efficient steps of operational processes both internally and externally and find ways to improve the processes. Provide mentoring to all employees, staffs and other stack-holders.
Education: MSc (Chemical Engineering & Polymer Science) or Equivalents form reported University.
Experience: Must have minimum 14 years experience in relevant field. Business Development or Operation Management, Customer Service, Distribution, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Sales & Marketing.
Salary: Negotiable.
Job Location: Rajshahi and anywhere in Bangladesh.
