Position: Associate Manager, Devices & Terminal Management
Job Location: Dhaka
Responsibilities:
Manage ATM/CDM/POS terminals and Card Production machine;
Installation of new terminal and monitor current live terminals;
Investigate system logs, assist Dispute and Settlement Team for dispute resolution;
Vendor management and communications on different device failure and issues;
Assist different stakeholders on various terminal related queries;
Test vendor-provided update and patch and deploy in production;
Work in different projects related to terminals;
Implement & comply with the central bank, PCI-DSS and regulatory guidelines;
Vendor Relationship and ensure AMC/ SLA/ Billing related to terminals;
Any other work/responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor or management of the bank.
Qualifications:
Masters/Bachelors degree in relevant subject from a reputed university with a satisfactory academic track record;
03 to 05 years working experience in the relevant field;
Depth knowledge about ATM, CDM & POS functionality;
Clear concept of NDC/DDC protocol including CRM & RCDM terminals;
Knowledge of Cards life cycle & EMV technology;
Knowledge about PCI-DSS and Cyber Security;
Should have sound knowledge on ATM vault, Journal reloading, Receipt reloading etc.;
Proficient in customer centricity, self-propelled, team player and capability to meet deadlines.
