 Manager - Resource Mobilization

Qualifications and experience

  1.     At least 5-6 years’ experience, preferably in business development/resource mobilization or relevant areas. Previous experience of working in international organizations/development agency will be treated as an advantage.
  2.     Understanding of donor proposal requirements (EC/USAID/FCDO, corporates, etc).
  3.     Proven track record in jointly developing winning concept notes and project proposals.
  4.     Familiarity with the Bangladesh donor environment, including different government agencies and other donors including foundations and corporations
  5.     Experience in responding to solicitations and/or working on projects funded by major donors. Understanding on proposal budgeting
  6.     Demonstrated experience in partnership negotiations and successful proposal development
  7.     Excellent conceptualization, design and writing skills
  8.     Excellent English writing, communication and presentation skills
  9.     Ability to present complex information in a concise and compelling manner.
  10.     Ability to problem solving and make decisions in a consultative manner
  11.     Team player, non-discriminatory and gender sensitive
  12.     Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel
  13.     Masters Degree preferably in Business Administration / Development Studies or other relevant field. Candidates with A-level background would be preferred.
