Position: Officer, Food & Beverage

Key Responsibilities:

  1.     Take care of all the functions that take place in the dining room or the main kitchen
  2.     Well equipped with the functions related to food and beverages and supervising staff
  3.     Design attractive menus and follow food and safety regulations
  4.     Assist in ordering, purchasing and stocking F&B products.
  5.     Keep a close check on the quality, quantity, presentation and services given to the customers
  6.     Respond quickly to customer complaints to ensure high quality customer service and satisfaction.
  7.     Plan and supervise the marketing and promotion activities to attract more customers.
  8.     Coordinate in sourcing and testing new products and menus.
  9.     Conduct regular repairs and maintenances for F&B equipment.


Academic Requirements

  1. Relevant degree or diploma or equivalent in food and beverage management and/or hotel Management preferable.
  2. Food hygiene certificate, training can get preference.


Additional Requirements

  1.     Food and Beverage supervisory experience with good grades
  2.     Should have time management as well as organization skills
  3.     Expected to have experience in fine dining and room services
  4.     In-depth knowledge of the menu/items, prices of food and beverages
  5.     Must be self-motivated, hardworking and flexible regarding work hour
  6.     Fluency in English and Bangla, both speaking & writing
  7.     Excellent computer and communication skills
