Position: Officer, Food & Beverage
Key Responsibilities:
- Take care of all the functions that take place in the dining room or the main kitchen
- Well equipped with the functions related to food and beverages and supervising staff
- Design attractive menus and follow food and safety regulations
- Assist in ordering, purchasing and stocking F&B products.
- Keep a close check on the quality, quantity, presentation and services given to the customers
- Respond quickly to customer complaints to ensure high quality customer service and satisfaction.
- Plan and supervise the marketing and promotion activities to attract more customers.
- Coordinate in sourcing and testing new products and menus.
- Conduct regular repairs and maintenances for F&B equipment.
Academic Requirements
- Relevant degree or diploma or equivalent in food and beverage management and/or hotel Management preferable.
- Food hygiene certificate, training can get preference.
Additional Requirements
- Food and Beverage supervisory experience with good grades
- Should have time management as well as organization skills
- Expected to have experience in fine dining and room services
- In-depth knowledge of the menu/items, prices of food and beverages
- Must be self-motivated, hardworking and flexible regarding work hour
- Fluency in English and Bangla, both speaking & writing
- Excellent computer and communication skills
