UECL has recently undertaken a project to create a food court; hence, the company is now looking for a capable, energetic and proactive individual to fill the position of Manager (Marketing) for its food court project.
Job Nature: Full-time
Job/Experience Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferably in F&B or Hospitality industry
Strong leadership skills with strong analytical and project management skills
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Positive and can-do attitude
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Minimum Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Management or related field.
Major responsibilities:
Manage and supervise a team of two to three Marketing Executives
Plan, conceptualize and implement promotions, events, advertising and marketing campaigns
Monitor and update marketing activities and promotions on website, Facebook, and other social media platforms
Manage all marketing collaterals, advertising & promotion materials
Conduct regular market survey on local trends, competitive pricing, promotions
Liaise and negotiate joint partnerships / sponsorships with external organizations such as corporate banks, trade partners, promoter etc.
Assist media and public relations enquires
Prepare marketing reports, proposals and strategies on tactical promotions, marketing campaigns and events.
Regular monthly report to top management on Marketing activities and growth.
Salary Range: Attractive salary for the deserving candidate.
Age Limit: Not more than 35 years.
